Dear Helen, thank you for reading and for your kind comments. I've also made a list of the components in my 'healing' prescription, and one of the more important items is this community, our LWS and the beautiful souls like yours that populate it and give strength and inspiration to each other. Thank you for being there X

Oh, if only GPs wrote "healing prescriptions" like the one you're crafting! I think the cosmos sprinkled some magic into the universe when creating LWS, of which you too are one of those beautiful souls 🤗

Oh , Sofia, I loved reading this! May that number keep going down, may you continue to know that his inability to hear you has nothing to do with you!

Dear Becca, if this test result turns out to be correct, the whole adventure with the diagnosis of cirrhosis can indeed be seen as an alarm call. Thank you for reading and engaging XX

Thank you so much, Sofia, for sharing this experience in such a clear and clarifying way. This experience of crossed wires, and lack of open-mindedness with allopathic medical care, is familiar to many of us in the U.S. I have done dialogues with pain in my body like you did with your liver and it increased my wisdom and gratitude for this dear body who has served me so long. Thank you for this wise reminder to stay connected with our dearest friend, our partner in this life, this miraculous machine.

Claire, it feels so good to know that my experience is by no means unique. Viewing the body with gratitude, as a dear friend, as you say, completely reframes the narrative, I find. Thank you for reading and engaging.
